Jess is a Master’s student pursuing a degree in Applied Disability Studies specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis (MADS ABA). They have 15+ years of experience with direct support and is excited to gain experience as part of Dr. Burnham Riosa’s research team. Jess is interested in the social and family experiences of families and individuals with autism.

Jess has been gaining experience with behavioural coding of parent-child interactions across various lab studies. In addition, Furthermore, Jess is engaged in coding Twitter data to analyze sentiment toward applied behaviour analysis, led by Dr. Albert Malkin.
