Chantal Veilleux

MA Student (ABA)

Chantal completed her Special Education college diploma at Vanier College. She also completed her Honours Bachelor of Behaviour Analysis at George Brown College, graduating Valedictorian of her class. Chantal is currently a Master of Arts student in Applied Disability Studies, specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis, at Brock University.

Chantal is passionate about applied behaviour analysis and using the science of behaviour to help people achieve their goals. Her research interests span many areas with a particular focus on examining how behaviour analytic services and research can be improved by considering factors such as cultural humility, linguistic diversity, intersectional identities and ableism. Overall, Chantal is interested in investigating how bias in assessment and treatment can be mitigated, with the aim of fostering inclusive and responsive clinical practice.
