Emma is currently involved in a research project implementing Prosocial, a process-focused group intervention rooted in contextual behavioural science, with developmental support agencies in Southern Ontario.
Kevin is interested in examining the effects of strengths-based approaches in creating positive changes in the lives of youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families.
Amanda is a research assistant on a project led by Dr. Nicole Luke (Dr. Burnham Riosa is a co-investigator) focusing on examining the impact of involvement in the Canada Games on Ontario athletes.
Silvana is a research assistant on a project led by Dr. Nicole Luke (Dr. Burnham Riosa is a co-investigator) focusing on examining the impact of involvement in the Canada Games on Ontario athletes.
Amanpreet is a research assistant in Dr. Burnham Riosa's lab. One of her projects is focused on understanding the experiences of child life specialists who care for pediatric patients with autism. She is also working on the mindful parenting project.
Sarah joined Dr. Burnham Riosa's lab as a research assistant where she conducted reliability and rigour assessments for a scoping review on interventions for youth with transition difficulties.
Shangavi has recently joined Dr. Burnham Riosa’s laboratory (Summer 2021). She has contributed to a myriad of projects, including Transitioning Together, during her time in the lab. She joined this team to develop her applied research skills.
